At Whimsy Desk, our primary goal is to ensure utmost satisfaction for our customers with our products and services. We prioritize quality assurance throughout our production and shipping processes. In the event that you receive a product with a misprint or defect, kindly reach out to us promptly at hello@whimsydesk.com. We kindly request that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the product with any misprints or defects. Regrettably, we will be unable to honor any refund or replacement requests beyond this 7-day window.
Please be aware that during the assessment of damages, all refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or replacements will not be granted if the damage is determined to be caused by the customer.
It is important to note that if your package incurs damage during transit, you should contact the respective shipping carrier directly. Whimsy Desk cannot be held liable for damages caused by the shipping company.
Once an order has been shipped, modifications cannot be accommodated. If you require any changes to your order, please reach out to hello@whimsydesk.com immediately.
Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind after receiving our products. Additionally, we do not accept exchanges. Replacements will only be considered if Whimsy Desk determines that a defect or misprint occurred due to our error.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact hello@whimsydesk.com to initiate a cancellation.
Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet been shipped. All orders are typically shipped within 3 days of purchase. Please note that if tracking has been purchased, the shipment cannot be cancelled.
Failed Shipping:
Whimsy Desk cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer during checkout. In the event of an incorrect address, please contact hello@whimsydesk.com immediately. Once a shipping label or tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any import fees, duty fees, or import duties applicable to their respective country. Whimsy Desk will not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from unclaimed orders returned by Customs Offices.
In cases where a package fails to deliver and is returned to Whimsy Desk, we will proceed with one of the following options:
- Issue a refund, deducting a $15 restocking fee.
- Resend the product to the correct address, with the customer responsible for the shipping costs.
